Betsy made a purposeful career pivot to pursue work that nurtures her natural curiosity about plants and the landscape, and we’re glad she did! She has since become immersed in the professional world of residential gardening, where she brings enthusiasm, focus, and a strong desire to grow her skills.

Inspired by Merrifield Garden & Design’s commitment to professional development and collaborative teamwork, Betsy values working alongside like-minded individuals who share a passion for high-quality garden care. She brings a strong commitment to customer service, relationship-building, and clear communication, along with an eagerness to learn and contribute.

With a genuine love for gardening and working outdoors, Betsy is developing the skills and leadership qualities needed to support both her team and the clients she serves. In her free time she can be found tending to her goats and experimenting in her own gardens.
