Kayla brings many years of experience in the green industry to Merrifield Garden & Design, with a diverse background that includes owning a floral shop, working as a Landscape Account Manager, serving as a Seasonal Decor Specialist and Buyer, and hands-on gardening.

She is known for her attention to detail and her talent for creating beautiful, distinctive container arrangements—from thoughtful material selection to efficient, professional installation. In addition to her creative strengths, Kayla is a skilled gardener, a kind and enthusiastic learner, and a highly valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, as well as traveling and reading.
