Nat joined Merrifield in the winter of 2022 and serves an important role in our Maintenance and Enhancements work. She fell in love with the horticulture industry while attending college and is entering her tenth year as a green industry professional.

A hard worker with a thirst for knowledge, Nat enjoys working on a variety of projects from fine gardening to creative plant installations. She places a high emphasis on efficiency, quality, and teamwork and enjoys the day to day variety and challenges her job brings. 

When not working, Nat most often enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two adorable cats.
